As the sun rises, many opportunities are wrapped and presented to us in different ways. However, we are blinded to see them because of competition, envy, reproach and anger which obstruct our vision.
Instead of appreciating and learning from others, we are rather envious, seeking mysterious ways to be like them or even better.
Additionally, we engage in unhealthy competition for material things, even when it is not within our means. This has led to many deaths.
The shackle of cynicism has made us follow the paths created by others.
My mother said: your only competition should be yourself. Strive to be better than who you were yesterday.
Circumvent from gratuitous competition and focus on growth.
Do not be blinded by the quest for material things to the point where you do not know who you are.
