Back in my leadership course at high school, I was given a formula to use: the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis.
Recognize your strengths
Work on your weaknesses
Grab every opportunity for growth
Know the things that threaten you and avoid them.
Make time to have a reflection about yourself each day
Make a deliberate effort to focus on areas of your life that requires improvement
Determination and consistency are great ingredients for knowing and improving yourself
Hopefully, you will enjoy the process of knowing yourself once you start this journey.
