Growing up, granny always told me to learn how to filter my thoughts. She said some of the thoughts that run through our minds are worthless and can corrupt the good. If the negativity you are facing is extraneous, delete it.
Keep away from things that make you doubt yourself. Stay away from people who are ready to criticize you without an alternative solution. Do not just stay away from them, run!
Guard yourself. It is said that ‘you can’t litter negativity everywhere and wonder why you’ve got a trashy life.’ Please do not mistake correction as fault-finding.
Remember, correction comes from the people who love and take interest in you.
